In a nutshell, I hope this list will help break the monotony of our social life, bring us financial peace (I am counting on you, Dave Ramsey), get me out of the fat stores and into a new self esteem and make my house the haven I envision.
I'll blog about my progress (I hope). Feel free to give input.

Health/Fitness/Food/Body
1. Walk with the kids for at least 30 minutes twice per week
2. Do the C25K
3. Drink only water for an entire week
4. Be caffeine free in 1,001 days
5. Lose 100 pounds (0/100)
6. Go 30 consecutive days without fast food
7. Work out at least 150 times per year (0/150)
8. Floss for 30 days straight
9. Eat clean for 7 consecutive days
10. Remove my makeup every night for 30 days
11. No eating out for 3 consecutive weeks
12. Complete the 30DS
13. Bring my lunch to work for a month
Cooking
14. Learn to make the perfect salsa
15. Make a new meal each week using one of my many cookbooks

ReplyDeleteHarm, I am so here for you! I'll be a big cheerleader for your C25K, and if you need any running help or advice, please email me! I was in the same boat as you a little over a year ago. I also did 30DS, it was very hard.
